Good read. This book is about the world after World War III global nuclear fallout, about how the survivors live underground and deal with all kinds of issues. Highly recommend this book!

This book is a quick-reading fast-paced adventure tale that would definitely be appreciated by those like me that appreciate fantasy classics like The Lord of the Rings.
An unlikely group of travelers join together to battle evil and attempt to save their world, their quest to prevent a great evil from unfolding and the need to acquire vital artifacts in the process are common by well-executed fantasy tropes. A highly recommended read for fantasy fans!

This was my first time reading a book from Peter Servidio. I love Fantasy stories, play, movies, etc., so when a friend recommended this to me, I was nervous, but excited at the same time. For me, the story started off a little slow, then begin to run smooth, then it excelled from there. The way the author takes on the journey of Dekkar (the main character), and his strengths as a protector, were really interesting - Awesome protagonist.

The world is frozen. Humans have finally done it! We just could not stop our unending use of all the earth's precious mineral, and now the world has turned cold. One person looked ahead and built what he has called an ARC, but those of us with no money well we didn't get a seat on the ARC, but we found away to stowaway in the underbelly of the arc. But now we have been found, can we negotiate a deal for us and those other stowaways? Can we find a way to stay alive until the earth thaws? Will the earth ever thaw? What can they do? This is a wonderful read. I highly recommend this novel. I received this novel from StoryOrigin. This is my true and honest review.

I have known Pete for quite a few years we lost contact for a long period of time. When I finally reconnect the man is an author, mind blown. We talked a lil and he sent me some of his short stories ( now mind you, the last book I read was probably something by Dr. Seuss) anyways I read them and had to read more. Amazing writer, husband, father and friend. Thanks for the push to read again brother.

This is a well-written horror/ghost story about the very dysfunctional relationship between an addict (Michelle) and her supplier (Charlie). When Michelle runs out of cash and becomes too annoying for Charlie, their relationship takes a dive. The situation becomes worse when Charlie discovers that Michelle has stolen from him. The story continues downhill for everyone involved.
The characters are well-defined and believable. The supernatural elements are compelling and I love how the winter weather plays a significant role in the plot. Parts of the story are quite graphic so this isn't for the squeamish. There is also significant drug use, but that's to be expected.
